Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns can be processed for:
- Store Credit
- Exchange
- Refund
Condition Requirements
All items must meet the following standards:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Returned in original condition and packaging
We do not accept items that show signs of use, including:
- Hair (human or animal)
- Odors (smoke, cologne, detergent)
- Deodorant marks or sweat stains
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Incorrect Item

- Photo of the incorrect item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email info@kutfootball.com with:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- Email used at checkout
- Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
- Clear photos showing the issue
Photos should be taken on a flat surface with the tag and defect clearly visible. This helps us resolve your issue faster and improve future production.
