EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without providing a reason.

For eligible purchases, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving your order.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To submit a withdrawal request electronically, use the EU Right of Withdrawal link below. You will be asked to provide information necessary to identify your order and submit your request.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, your withdrawal may be handled as a cancellation. If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, you may be required to receive and return the merchandise.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. Return instructions will be provided after your withdrawal request is submitted.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we will issue the refund required under applicable EU consumer law. This generally includes the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for expedited or upgraded shipping is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

This statutory right is separate from our voluntary return policy. Our general restrictions on international returns continue to apply except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
