Where’s my package?
Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours (excluding processing time).
Once your order is picked up, your tracking link will update.
Tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it
If your package shows as delivered but isn’t in hand, we will need to file a claim with the carrier. Please email us at info@kutfootball.com so we can assist you.
Entered the wrong shipping address?
Mistakes happen.
Email info@kutfootball.com with:
- Subject: (Order # + Address Update)
- Correct shipping address in the message
We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Missing or incorrect items
If something’s off with your order, email info@kutfootball.com with:
- Order number
- Photo of the item(s) received
- Photo of the packing slip

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes—returns are accepted on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

What’s the status of my return or exchange?
Returns are processed once received and inspected.
- Refunds: Issued within 48 hours after inspection
- Exchanges: Shipped once your return is in transit, with tracking provided
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued or your exchange has shipped.

Are socks & sleeves true to size?
Yes. Our gear is designed for a true, locked-in fit.
- Select your normal size
- If between sizes → size down
Available in both youth and adult sizing.
What size should I wear for Compression+?
Compression+ is designed to be worn as a single-layer system.
- Select your normal size for a locked-in fit
- Size down for a tighter feel
- Size up only if you prefer less compression
Do you offer youth sizing?
Select products are available in youth sizing (YS–YXL).
